can switch into anyone else's
universe and help them higher,
to a more harmonious one.
That's the basis of the
Energy Work we are doing
in our workshops, in our trainings.
And it's in tune with
the new evolution.
CHANGING THE VIBRATION
Energy Work is not a therapeutic method but an approach to life
and it's so-called problems from a different level - 'the energy level.'
Through it you come, not just to a new outlook but to a new universe in
which - out of the blue - come challenging jumps in consciousness, deep
inner silence, bursting aliveness.
You discover that it is possible to actually leave behind the self-centred
personality - the root of almost all problems - and to raise your energy
consciousness. In this way you arrive at a higher level of energy where many
beautiful, unexpected things happen in life. This is an evolutionary jump.
ENERGY AND TRANSFORMATION
The work of vibrational change operates on many levels, through many
processes. Resonance. Awareness. Release. Erosion. Relationship.
Cosmic energy takes form in the body, and body energy is transmuted into
cosmic energy, through Cosmic Energetics, through Diamond Yoga. Meditations
and processes designed to allign us with cosmic forces around us by shifting
our attention from the mind state to the energy reality, which underlies all
manifistations and expressions.

THE WORK - The Way of The Energy
Beyound all structures - political, social, personal, mental - there is a
reality which has no form. The paradox is that this formless, nameless,
indescribable reality can be experienced, and once experienced can be felt
as the deepest and truest thing one knows.
Because it has no form, it has the power to free us from the limitations of
our personal and social structures. Because it has no name, it enables us to
ecperience life before it becomes embalmed in language. And because it is
indescribable, it invites us beyond thinking and talking about life to
simply living it.
There are many ways to discover this: meditation, yoga, contemplation,
spiritual practices of all kinds, but an especially direct way is through
the body, bypassing the mind and its knots. And an even more direct way is
through energy, which being itself formless and ever-changing is a perfect
bridge to the reality of the Other.
Since the 'subject' of the Workshop is the Formless, anyone who can breathe
and move can participate. No other qualifications are required.

THE HANDS
The hands.
Be hands.
Just be hands...
let everything else become background.
The Hands
are in that space.
The hands know how to grope in the new space,
which might be dark right now,
and begin to feel the atmosphere
the energy
the aliveness
the hereness
of the new space.
It is a sea
You are one wave. I am another wave.
But the waves come out of the same sea.
This
is the beauty.
See a swan, moving out into a pond...
and far out into the pond, immediately,
something moves.
Energy is like this....feel it
as a see...
or a kind of wind.....

There is a river of energy, flowing towards the sea. If we let it, it will
carry us along. What stops - or delays - this is 'us'. The great stones
which w have piled up through the life in our body formations, in patterns
and habits of behaviour, in structures of belief.
In this workshop the main method for shifting these stones is the
EnergyWork. The Work we do is to move towards the pure energy, or to the
Energy Space, or the emptiness, or what is behind everything and supporting
everything. We will explore meditations and structures designed to show us
something about the different dimensions in our body, in our systems of
energies and sensations, and so to expand our awareness of what we are and
what is possible. Then can also serve us to release tension and add balance
and clarity to our daily activities.
This work is teaching us - how to use our energy to transform ourselves. If
we can be aware of it, our energy holds the key to the riches of human life.
